Broke on first use

I like that this strap allows you to get a custom fit by sliding the straps around where they're most comfortable. Unfortunately the first time I wore them out to the beach I went to grab my sunglasses, not yank them, not dangle them by the strap, and one of the rubber connectors just tore in half. Completely useless at that point and I had to just throw them out. Pretty bummed.

It's a bummer to hear that the retainer broke on the first use! All of our retainers come with a lifetime warranty, please send an email to cs@chums.com with your shipping address and we will get a replacement sent out to you!

Exactly what I needed!

Perfect to keep my glasses secured while paddleboarding! They fit my Ray-Bans (Erica model). Love all the colours too, I'd highly recommend these!

Easy Buy

I have no complaints! I bought the slip fit for outdoor activities and a wooden beaded pair for cuter, everyday wear. Love them!

A work standard for PPE and to stop foreign object damage!

PPE is personal protective equipment and to say CHUMS is PPE needs explaining. I work on multiple levels sometimes above other personnel working. If I should have my glasses fall off, its weight is insignificant, but shattering glass could be a problem for anyone near the eyeglass impact. Foreign object damage can be those same glasses could be foreign object damage or FOD. The broken pieces of glass or the frame could get trapped in a doorway or moving machinery. This would be a big no no! By the way, I work on launching rockets on both coasts so CHUMS slipfit lanyards are a standard at my work, I just needed RED ones to support my red shirt Fridays. I like to visibly support our troops deployed serving our country.
