Limited Lifetime Warranty

Chums products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. This warranty applies to the original owner and proof of purchase may be required. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, accidents, neglect, fading, or the natural breakdown of materials over time.

If a product is determined by Chums to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product free of charge.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Take a clear photo of the defective product
• Email the photo along with your valid shipping address and a brief description of the issue to cs@chums.com.
• Our team will review the claim and determine whether the product qualifies for warranty replacement

Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Chums offers a 60-day return window from the date of receipt for eligible items. Depending on the situation, products may be replaced or refunded in accordance with our Shipping & Returns policy.
