The Salmon River is the last of the rivers in the west that is completely undammed. Running through the Frank Church Wilderness, it is one of the wildest rivers in the states. In a world of social distancing this about as distant as you can get in the lower 48.
There is no real secret to it, nothing helps you unplug from the noise and distractions of the world quite like a river trip. Nothing like 5 days with no phones, computers or technology to help escape the constant static of everyday life.
