Used it for one weekend then hung it up until I needed it again. When I went to use it again a month and a half later i noticed the strap had torn away from the pack.

When I did use the waist pack it only held my wallet and phone. That’s it!

I emailed Chums and they are going to send me a replacement. Bumping up the review two stars for customer service. Thanks Stacie.

I bought this pack because I have a medical pump that I must wear 24/7. It carries my pump, doctor’s explanation letter, phone, and sometimes other small items like cards and ID. I have worn it every day, all day long for a year or so. It comes off at bed time. I have the two top zippers locked together with a lobster clasp for safety (the pump keeps me alive). The pack is still in really good shape. I just need another so that I can change out to wash them. The pack is the perfect shape and size for my needs. I highly recommend it.

I bought this one to replace one that was about 4 or 5 years old. I used my last one, and this one, as my purse, so it gets a lot of wear and tear. Fits my needs perfectly... holds my phone, cash, small wallet, keys, and a couple other small items. Love the blue colors. Great product. Don't know what other reviewers mean by stuff falls out... definitely not a problem for me. I mean, you do have to use the zipper, duh, to keep the compartments closed.

Should have read the reviews, the bag tips forward very easily and stuff alls out like crazy. Worst of all, the straps that hold it together have already started to tear apart and won't be lasting much longer. Had to buy a new bag in the middle of a trip because this one was definitely not going to make it through one more use. I wante to love this bag because it's cute, but it wasn't for me.

I wanted to love this bag so much but it’s not functional. Any weight in it (phone and small wallet) makes it roll forward as a waist bag, the straps are way too low and faced downward on the belt, top one started to rip because of the way it sits and holds all the weight. The zippers aren’t functional as a crossbody bag. Very disappointing for a $30 bag.

This pack was exactly what I needed for a day on the beach or boat. It has space to hold keys wallets and any other items you may need to contain securely.

I was so excited to use my adorable new bag to go to the zoo, by the mid part of the day I realized the strap was pulling out of the pouch itself and by the end it broke completely. I had nothing in it that was heavy or weighing it down. Very disappointed!

I absolutely love the size of this bag. I have several waist packs from other companies and have a hard time fitting my essentials in them. No issues with this one! Only question I have is, what are the two loops on top for ?

Great hip bag! Fits everything I carry. I normally switch bags in about two months. I’ve purchased two replacements for this bag and have given them away. I keep going back to the trekker… it’s perfect!!

This pack is the perfect size for a waist pack, in my opinion, with just enough storage and number of pockets. The problem is that the straps are attached with only some folded over nylon webbing, and they are located too far down the side of the pack, which makes it too heavy if you’re carrying something that is about the height of the main pocket. This makes it sag away from the body. It also makes wearing it cross body awkward as this sagging is intensified in that position. Attach these straps with sewn in buckles or loops on both sides and position them an inch higher and this pack is spot-on perfect.

I think...I've worn my black trekker waist pack every day, for...five YEARS?! It's my fanny purse, my purse, my over-the-shoulder dinner bag, my grab 'n go. It's never broken, shredded, come apart, or ripped. In the supermarket you have both hands to shop, and the double zipper compartments make it very easy to grab your cellphone, and never lose it or leave it anywhere. It's really....PERFECT. My other gal friends go searching forever for the kitchen sink in their bladder bags, Lordie. Forget it. This is the BOMB. THANK YOU, for still having them!!

Glad to be able to order an exact replacement for this Fanny pack that I had worn thin from years of use. Perfect for carrying essentials everywhere from hiking to geocaching to grocery shopping. Inside zipped pocket on divider panel gives certain organizing capability. Big enough for wallet, phone, mask, keys plus. Well done on design, and keep making them for years to come!

Great product, awesome customer service! I got heckled from some of my friends for buying a “Fanny pack” but once they seen how I had It loaded out and it was unnoticeable if my shirt was over the pack. They all bought one as well. The pack design is well thought out. It can hold a lot of things and maintain a slim profile.

It's good for Hiking, going out to eat, the store the park whatever it is! Trekker has got you covered!! Your basics will fit in this little pouch and then a bit more! Perfect for long hikes and runs!

I really like this waist pack. It has plenty of pockets to fit everything you need and keeps it secure. You can wear it on your hip or over the shoulder, and everything is within reach. My only complaint is that there’s nowhere to put the leftover strap after adjusting it to your size, which is a problem when you have a small waist. I could add something to it, or wear the bag over the shoulder so it’s out of the way. I highly recommend it for anyone.

I love my Trekkers. I’ve bought 3 and everyone of them have pulled the stitches out on the left side! I wear these everyday and that’s my only complaint.

This hip pack is small enough to be out of your way but big enough to hold essential items that are too big for pocket carry. Rather stylish also! Good stuff!

Simply put, I love this hip pack. The size is just right for iPhone, N95 mask, sunglasses/case, my Chums surfshorts wallet, keys and hand sanitizer, and ear phones. Lightweight but a little expandable, and the one handed cinch is great. Also the buckle is really not noticeable which is a plus!

I love this Treker waist pack! Exactly the size that I was looking for...Perfect size for someone who just wants a pack to carry your necessary everyday items...and love the material! I carry it cross body and it’s perfect for me, especially for the $$$! By the way, I’m 5’6”, 190lbs...

Ordered this after seeing my son's. I liked the ability to carry everything I need, without the bulk. This pack has a slim profile,and the unique way the straps are attached prevents the pack from rolling forward when wearing. Also, I love the ability and ease to open and close zippers with one hand. The strap is long enough to fully extend and wear cross body for some, but probably not all. I tried my son's this way and is one of the reasons why I bought mine.

The best waist pack I ever got so far. It can hold a lot more than I expected. And the one-handed side cinch is great. You can tighten or loosen the belt with one hand so easily. Tried to buy another one but they were sold out. Next time.
