Best Customer Service, 100% worth the buy!

I had bought my Reversi wallet almost 7 months ago and it has held up very well considering I lug it around my hard labor job every day! The wallet has stayed in almost perfect condition except for a zipper pull that broke off a few days ago. I contacted customer service to see if there was a way I could get a discount or a replacement, and the customer service rep (Nancy) informed me that the wallet had a lifetime warranty from the company and I would be sent a replacement for free! All I had to do was send a picture of my broken wallet and my shipping address and it was a done deal. I already liked this wallet a lot, but the great customer service made me like it even more. I would 100% buy from this company again and I would encourage others to buy this wallet as well!

LOVE...it is exactly what I was looking for

I am a wallet snob and have to have a few things to make it all work. THIS WAS IT! The super safe stretchy pockets on the outside for school ID and cards, inside clear area for license and insurance cards, then one more pocket for those secret big bills just in case are perfect. Next is that it has paracord tabs on the zipper that have the outdoorsy look and can clip my keys to it. My FAVE thing is that I can throw my much-loved chapstick in the zip area and have it everywhere I go.... :) This fits perfectly in my crossbody or jeans back pocket. CHUMS, you crushed it. I am so excited I came upon this. Now...more colors to rock all the seasons!
