Garage K. Please list the location of manufacture for all the products you offer. I’ve been buying new Chums since 1992, and this was the first not Made in USA (Made in Taiwan, which is better than China).

Tom G. Follow up: Chums contacted me immediately and offered to replace the "Classic" with the "Original" at no cost. So don't confuse those terms. The Original is a much better fit for glasses with bigger earpieces (If necessary, a small pair of needle nose pliers will be all that's needed to pull it on) and I do still like the cotton version - guess I'm old - just like they used to be. Now I'm back to 5 stars for the item and the excellent customer service.

Tom G. I've used Chums for over 20 years - some very old. I remember when you only had to send in the old abused ones for a replacement. I understand that wasn't a good business model. But I was disappointed to see the changes in my recent order. The material isn't near as soft as it once was. And despite ordering the "large" size, they still don't fit over any of the earpieces on my sunglasses. Basically useless. I hate to switch brands but I don't see an alternative.

If you would like, we can send you a replacement of our large side of the Cotton Original, as it has a larger fit than the Classic and may work better for you. John D. These polyester chums are my faves. They are slim and dry quickly when wet while doing what they are supposed to do; hold your shades around your neck. A+

Fred F. Unfortunately the Chums Classic worked great with my Maui Jim Backswing 4 years ago, but with my new Maui Jim Big Kahuna's with a smaller arm, the Chums slide off the arm. I emailed Customer Care and did not receive a response. I see other eye glass holders have different size ends.

Alec OK, not the same pair of Chums. I usually get a couple years out of a pair, but these synthetic polyester ones last until you just can't wash the funk outta, about 5 years. I work and play outside year round, and wear my sunglasses, and Chums, pretty much every day of the year.
My one hope is that the tail-less model is available in this polyester material.

GLENN A. Originally purchased for a white water rafting trip so I didn’t lose expensive sunglasses. Chums are great for everyday use. Great for rollercoasters and motorcycles.
