I think the reversi is everything they described it to be, I think I need a different style. The wallet is well made and nice but I don’t think I’ll be able to use it. I may have should’ve gotten a bifold or the one with a magnet closure

Best Customer Service, 100% worth the buy!

I had bought my Reversi wallet almost 7 months ago and it has held up very well considering I lug it around my hard labor job every day! The wallet has stayed in almost perfect condition except for a zipper pull that broke off a few days ago. I contacted customer service to see if there was a way I could get a discount or a replacement, and the customer service rep (Nancy) informed me that the wallet had a lifetime warranty from the company and I would be sent a replacement for free! All I had to do was send a picture of my broken wallet and my shipping address and it was a done deal. I already liked this wallet a lot, but the great customer service made me like it even more. I would 100% buy from this company again and I would encourage others to buy this wallet as well!

Great Product, Great Support

I’ve had the same Reversi wallet for approx 3 years. Love it to death. Recently lost a zipper, and reached out to customer support. They honored the lifetime warranty, and are getting me set up with a new one! Thank you Chums!
