Tideline Adjustable

Love everything about this retainer except that I cannot snug it against my head. I would need to be able to cinch it to 8 or 8.5 inches versus the 11 inches smallest length on the current product. I’m about to dismantle my purchase to see if I can DIY a fix, but I am not optimistic. And I would not prefer one of the alternative products where the strap dangles down your neck.

These work perfectly for what I need. I do not need a retainer that holds my glasses tightly to my face. I can see that might be a limitation as the cord would be a bit long for that. I do like the option of the smaller earpieces. That is the main reason I chose this model. I have found other styles to be too large and painful to be worn for any length of time.

My husband uses this retainer with his Custom Latch Oakley sunglasses and they are perfect! His job requires him to be inside & outside back and forth constantly and these retainers have held up to the constant back and forth.
The customer service we received was also exceptional - if we ever need to purchase a product like this we will be looking at Chums first!

Title says it all, too short to hold to my head but so long, and real stiff, that you can't wear a hoody, or really any jacket.

It seems well made, it’s definitely lightweight, and taking it on/off seems to work well, but the product doesn’t do what I want it to do and what I think it’s main purpose is, which is to hold my glasses on my face snugly. The best it does is (barely) keep glasses from falling off the end of my nose. NOT why I asked for it as a Christmas gift! Product needs to cinch shorter.
