I needed a bag big enough for my essentials to fit inside my backpack because, as we all know, there is no need to take your backpack with the laptop inside with you when running errands after work. This is the perfect bag. I bought two and gave one to my best friend because she admired mine and love the various pockets. So practical, perfect, and convenient.

This is a good bag already but it could be better with some design tweaks. I’ve been using this bag almost daily for the last year. I love it. It fits my essentials and it’s perfect for quick around town or for travel. My issue with it is the strap is much too long to wear as a hip pack. Shoulder bag, fine. Crossbody, perfect. Hip pack, laughable. So I decided to tweak it with a few hardware pieces. I bought a buckle and two single gatekeepers that looked similar to the style of the original clips. I knew I wanted to keep the original pieces for swapping between the hip pack and crossbody strap system. The hardest part was actually taking the plastic clips off without damaging fabric. I was going to hand sew so I didn’t want to take the other stitches off. Ultimately a little elbow grease and thread later came out great.

I love ALMOST everything about this bag except that I can’t wear it as a fanny pack…the strap is too long for that. I plan to use this on my trip to Portugal so hopefully, I can find a shorter strap…then it will be ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!
