Overall, I love these wallets when they aren't broken. I had my first one for about a year before the teeth of the zipper broke off. Chums customer service was kind enough to send me a replacement. Well my replacement just broke about a year after receiving it, same issue. I hold one credit card, one debit card, my ID, insurance card, and library card, and sometimes a couple bills of cash. So I'm not holding an insane amount of items in there, but the wallet still breaks. Not sure what to do at this point cause no other wallets online appeal to me like these do, really disappointing.
