Hi,I'm Tim,I lived in Park City for 45 years. One day in the 80's I was throwing a football with a girl who managed a lodge up on Woodside ave.
One of the guys staying there(summer) walked out with a handful of mulicolored Chums retainers.Back then,I used a sweatshirt cotton hood cord and duct tape to retain my Vuarnets. This new Chum was perfect.I been using Chums on all my eyewear ever since. The guy said he was from Southern Utah,Hurricane.....Pronounced Hurrycune. In Utahnese. Thanks Tim Six stars
I bought two colors of these and they are perfect! Great craftsmanship, fast shipping, and even prettier in person. I would recommend these!
Originally, I got the gray and red striped Chum and loved it! Fast forward a year and now I own multiple Chums in different patterns and solid colors. I had tried a couple of different reading glass straps before I found Chums and they were ok, but nowhere as good as these. The cloth is soft and gets softer as you wear it, my glasses stay put (my oldest Chums are are little looser now from time, but not much, and that's to be expected), and I love the prints! I like the solid colors, but the prints are my fav. The bottom line is they work better than other brands/styles I've tried and they look and feel great. Totally recommend!
Soft cotton eyeglass holders very patriotic much needed during this time of the current presidential administration doing what it's doing, we Americans need to show our patriotism anyway we can
I ordered four separate chums for our hiking group (we all have our gear in separate colors so we know who's gear belongs to who), and the one pair of Chums I ordered in the Realtree Blaze Orange came as the Realtree Camo Green. I'm thinking whoever filled the order must have had a big night the day before. I just sent it back yesterday for exchange with a note that was the equivalent of "HELLO MCFLY! - ANYONE HOME IN THERE?!!"
