Unsurpassed Customer Service!

While the slip-fit cords did not work out on my Oakley HNBL frame. The temples arms are too wide. CS (Nancy) reached out with recommendations of different styles, and sent complimentary new Rip-cord.. Fit is perfect! The arm tip attachment style functions perfectly on both large or smaller temple arms. Thank you for aiming me in right direction! 🤙

Worked great for two years

I loved this Chums for two years but the bead started stretching out, to the point that recently my glasses were slipping off several times a day. I ordered a new pair, and the bead on the new Slip Fits are nice and tight and flat. Still, since I also ordered a pair of Tech Cords at the same time, that's the pair I'm wearing now because of the ability to slide up the neck. No chance of slipping off at all.
