Universal Fit

The post office took forever to get my first order to me and I had to fill out a lost mail report. Chums sent me a replacement plus two extra and they actually fit. Excellent customer service! Will be back and definitely recomend to others

Perfect fit

Got these on a rec from a friend. When they arrived I was skeptical they would fit the ends of the glasses I wear most outdoors. But they fit! If you have doubts about them working with your glasses, I'm here to say I haven't found a pair it won't work with. And they work amazing. Not to mention the color is cool and the price is perfect. Love them.

I can take my glasses off let them hang or throw them to my back out of the way si my glasses down hang when im bending over to work at my table or desk, or looking in a catch basen

I have about a dozen Chum chords. No one can bead the quality and choice of color patterns. Also, Customer Service is excellent, personal, and always friendly. My last order had a mistake in the chords included. Chums sent me the correct item no questions asked. And with out charge. In the new AI robot era, this human and personal service is unheard of. I love Chums!!

I orders this pair thinking they would fit for my glasses. To my horror they did not! After an email to Chums they were able to send out a new pair to me ASAP, they even allowed me to keep the pair ordered in error. I guess I need to find a new pair of glasses to go with them!

Definitely a great color and loved that it was softer rope fabric. Small on the rubber inlets for my spy shade frames, but I managed to squeeze them in.

Looks cool and keeps my glasses on my head.

Have a few of these and they're solid. Fit the fattest earpieces I have and still hanging after several years. I prefer the 5mm, but why, I really don't know!

I use my 3 mm universal fit retainer to hold my magnifying loupes for dentistry. I do not have much of a nose bridge, so this retainer is really whats holding my heavy glasses up and snug against my face. I've been using them for 1.5 years so far and they're still doing great. No adjustments needed. I would recommend using these too, especially fo the price!

They were tricky to get on my ray band aviators but my boyfriend managed to get them on. Really good quality, not really even sure how you could improve

They work good for me. Much better that the ones I had before. I can see that some glasses will not work with them but mine do, perhaps paying attention to what you are looking at would make a difference. Before I was always adjusting the Chums to continue working but these I never have to adjust.

Lightweight and great for active outdoor activities. Broke them in fly fishing.

My dad uses this for rowing but recently I was looking at it and wondering how it worked and suddenly the rope slipped out of the plastic square thing and we can't get it back in. If you could please respond to this Chums that would be really nice because otherwise I need to buy a new one for my dad.

“Accommodates a wide variety of frames”: Not mine. The holdings came loose every time I tried to wear the retainer. After going 0-for-12, I surrendered. You’ll do better with a rubber band or twine. I rate this product a zero.

Not universal fit. Depending on the temple shape and size, it simply won’t hold. I use RX glasses and bought the cord to play tennis. After a couple of serves the cord detached the temple and I caught my glasses in midair.

I bought one of these for myself and on my last fishing trip my dad decided they were better than his so I had to order two more (because of course my brother also wanted one). I've lost so many pairs of glasses to the river over the years so I don't leave home without these anymore. Also they look pretty cool.

Have loved Chums retainers for years! They function as expected and last forever.

These are great for being active in. It holds tight to your head and the weight of the yarn doesn’t catch on your shirt. The rubber pieces also hold tight to the glasses

I ordered these for my glasses so I could take them on and off when I work in my garden and they work perfectly (and are cute)

This was exactly what I needed! I work as a hygienist and use loupes daily. I had been using the original cords that came with my Q-optic loupes and they would constantly slide off in between patients. These new holders have stayed put ever since I placed them on! It’s been about 3 weeks and I haven’t needed to adjust them or anything:)

I love this product. Very well made, will outlast your sunglasses. It's my favorite of all the various brands I've tried over the years. The thin strap makes it low profile, but very sturdy. It's adjustable to tighten up when needed to keep your sunglasses on your face, but I usually wear it expanded to its maximum length so I can wear my sunglasses around my neck and not have to hold them or put them away when temporarily taking my sunglasses off.
