CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AFTER WHAT CHUMS DID FOR ME!

I bought my first Chums surfshorts wallet in 2020, when my Fossil wallet was crapping out on me. I wanted something lighter, less bulky, something with a zipper to prevent money or cards from slipping out. Cue the Surfshorts Wallet, which I found by looking up what I wanted on Reddit and heard many great things about Chums. What I DIDN'T know was how great their customer service was!! I unfortunately developed a tiny tear in the corner of the Clear ID window 4 years after my purchase, and I sent Chums an email asking if they could repair it. They informed me that there is a LIFETIME warranty on their products, but they couldn't repair my wallet, they'd just SEND ME A BRAND NEW ONE! Chums let me pick out which of the new colors I wanted, and that was literally all I had to do besides provide my address. Within a few days, they'd sent me a brand new wallet, (specifically the Teal/Rust colorway, which looks even more beautiful in real life than the online pics, as it's more of a burnt orange than the red on the above picture). NOT ONLY did they send me the new wallet I requested, BUT THEY ALSO SENT ME ANOTHER WALLET FOR ABSOLUTELY FREE, a sick Toucan patterned wallet that looks amazing! I also own their soft glasses case that looks like a sleeping bag (the orange color, LOVE IT), and I just finished a trip abroad using that as my sole glasses/sunglasses case, and again, flawless, I was able to carry that thin pouch with me everywhere. Don't even hesitate to buy their products, CHUMS STANDS WITH THEIR PRODUCTS and backs it up with a Lifetime warranty that they actually HONOR, unlike most companies that have a ton of fine print along with their warranty. Most importantly, the Surfshorts wallet is a SICK wallet, thin profile, non bulky, with multiple compartments to hold cash, coins, cards, and even your keys with the built in keyring. The clear ID window is a game changer if you have a Costco membership, by the way, as you no longer need to take your ID out to show them on entry. THANK YOU CHUMS!!!

WOWWW!!

I love it!! It's replacing my old nylon trifold wallet whose coin pocket zipper broke years ago. I also bought your 40th Anniversary wallet that I'm keeping as a collectors item/will never use. I'm also gonna buy many Chums wallets, etc. for gifts!!! I can't wait!! WHEW!!

Perfect

As someone who is constantly changing bags and is very busy, I find this wallet perfect, compact, and just the right size. I really appreciate that it fits in my pants pockets, even when they seem to be slimmer on women's jeans. It isn't bulky, and has maintained good condition for the 2 years I've used it. The split card/cash design keeps everything organized and decluttered.
