Excellent quality and even better customer service

I have about a dozen Chum chords. No one can bead the quality and choice of color patterns. Also, Customer Service is excellent, personal, and always friendly. My last order had a mistake in the chords included. Chums sent me the correct item no questions asked. And with out charge. In the new AI robot era, this human and personal service is unheard of. I love Chums!!

Excellent Service

I orders this pair thinking they would fit for my glasses. To my horror they did not! After an email to Chums they were able to send out a new pair to me ASAP, they even allowed me to keep the pair ordered in error. I guess I need to find a new pair of glasses to go with them!

Definitely a great color and loved that it was softer rope fabric. Small on the rubber inlets for my spy shade frames, but I managed to squeeze them in.

Original and still excellent.

Have a few of these and they're solid. Fit the fattest earpieces I have and still hanging after several years. I prefer the 5mm, but why, I really don't know!
